We will meet you in your home to discuss the options available as a way of moving forward. On client instruction, we will then carry out a detailed survey of the dwelling as a basis for design drawings. This will involve a number of design options prepared in 2d & 3d images for client approval. Prior to submission we will be able to advise on approximate costs and timescales for the construction process. On client approval the drawings will then be submitted to the Planning Authority. On submission of the application, our in-house chartered town planner will monitor the application through the planning process.

We will do all of option A but in addition we will prepare a full set of detailed working drawings containing all the relevant technical information to comply with current building regulations. We may need the input of our Structural Engineer as necessary. These drawings will contain sufficient level of detail to enable the client to obtain competitive quotations from a building contractor. The client will then manage the project personally and deal directly with the builder during the construction process.

We will do all of option A & B but in addition, Arta will tender the working drawing package to get a competitive price from a select list of professional builders. We will then manage the construction process, authorise payments and advise on the various costing plans to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
