This is scheme involved the redevelopment of a vehicle repair workshop on the Cavehill Road, Belfast. The garage was out of keeping with the surrounding residential context and our client sought to redevelop the site to provide residential accommodation.
After careful consideration, we realised the site levels would enable us to provide a 2.5 storey building which would give us three floors of accommodation. We gained planning & building control approvals and project managed from demolition of existing structures to completion, including setting out the building on site.
