We advise clients on buying land or property. We can carry out a planning due diligence exercise to ensure that there are no major planning issues.
Our planning applications not only maximise the commercial value of the site but will also maximise the chances of planning approval.
We advocate early planning assessment and pre-application discussions with Planning Service. We can also introduce clients to Agents who can advise on the most appropriate uses for sites in terms of value realisation if that is required.
