ARTA has vast experience in preparing Landscape Character and Visual Impact Assessments, (LVIA) analysing the physical context for new and existing development proposals. These are presented using computer generated modelling software which places the proposal in context where the potential impact can be assessed and addressed accordingly. Our computer modelling capabilities allow us to produce technically accurate photomontages which are not Artists impressions but represent the digitally accurate visual representations.
