We have extensive experience in the refurbishment of buildings which relied heavily on our in-house chartered planning consultant to guide the design process through the various planning issues relating to; barn conversions, apartment block developments, change of use applications, mixed use developments, nursing homes, retail developments.
More recently given the economic climate we have witnessed a surge in building refurbishment. We have been very successful in gaining planning permission and building control approvals for the refurbishment of existing housing stock in the high rental areas of South Belfast.
Through our expert interpretation of Planning Policy Statement 21 (PPS2) we have been successful in obtaining planning permission to convert derelict agricultural buildings into modern residential accommodation.
